I worked with Castlebrook Furniture to identify which circular strategies were likely to fit best with existing and future business models. The strategy was based on conversations with senior management, their sales team and their customers, as part of workshops on circular interior design.
The strategy was organised into phases to suit the level of resources within this fast pace organisation. Over time the strategy would result in the company augmenting it’s service to it’s customers, while minimising the environmental impact of the high-end products they produce.
