Every company is different and so every consultancy package is different. That said it all starts with an initial meeting, which is free if done online. After this initial meeting, we will devise a fully-priced tailored package of services for you to consider.

CO-ORDINATION SERVICES
You may have a sustainability or circularity strategy that you are struggling to implement successfully. We have a wealth of experience in project management and coordination and can either, take charge of the implementation phase entirely. or set it up for you to take over once momentum has been achieved.

Who is this for? 

  • companies with an existing sustainability or circularity strategy without the in-house management resource to implement it
  • companies with clients that require support in the implementation of a strategy they developed for them, and do not have the in-house resources to provide

What does it include? 

As with consultancy this depends on the needs of the client, but typically it involves at least one weekly meeting ancillary administration, which can be capped at weekly or monthly total.

CIRCULAR DESIGN WORKSHOP
This package builds on the work of the previous talk and offers participants an opportunity to apply circular design principles to real world products and services.

  • start-ups with a business idea that they want to be fit for the circular economy and as sustainable as possible.
  • existing businesses that want to improve the sustainability and circularity of an existing  or new product product/service
  • design practices that want to deepen their understanding of circular and sustainable design
  • design colleges wanting to add a sustainable / circular brief to their course curriculum

What does it include?

A 2.5 hour session of interactive talks on how to apply the principles of circular design and circular business models to real world scenarios, using successful contemporary circular economy case studies to illustrate best practice. 

What does it deliver?

At the end of the workshop participants will have successfully

  • evaluated the features of a concept against circular design principles
  • identified the emotional drivers behind potential customer choices
  • identified possible conflicts between sustainable features and customers’ desires
  • brainstormed solutions to resolve these issues
  • identified hypothesis to be tested on the target market
  • learned about useful resources to aid product development
