If you signed up to receive the newsletter, we will just see that email address and when you signed up.

If you follow us via Instagram and / or Facebook we will see what ever information you have chosen to make visible in your public profile.

What do we use this information for
We will only use your email address to send you a copy of our newsletter. We will never use it to send you to send separate promotional emails.

How to stop receiving communications from us
If you get our newsletter you can stop this by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of them. Alternatively email us via the Contact page and we’ll remove your email from the mailing list.

On Facebook or Instagram you can simply unfollow us to stop seeing all of my posts.
