I collaborated with the sustainable consultancy Sustainability Works to develop and deliver a 4-module training programme on the circular economy for mico and SME’s.
This training was delivered on behalf of the East Midlands Waste Region and covered the following topics
- A general introduction to the Circular Economy
- Customer Engagement and communication strategies
- Operations and circular business models
- Supply chain, tracking and transparency
In addition to the training there mentoring was provided to some of the participants, who have successfully gone on to apply circular strategies in their businesses.
